Development of Personnel Dose Control System and Whole Body Counter System
FAPIG No. 171 pp.3`8 (2005)

We delivered Personnel Dose Control System to Higashidohri nuclear plant of Tohoku Electric Power Company, in November 2004. In this system development, we automated the registration of radiation worker with close link between this system and Whole Body Counter System. In addition, this system enables the user to reduce workload for accumulation and notification of personal exposure data, because we adopted the system to extract the data effectively operating the terminal PC which the associate company gets ready in their office.
We also delivered Whole body Counter System in December 2004, which was developed to measure internal exposure without feeling of oppression in chair-style device for the first time in Japan. This system enables non-operator system for measurement allowing workers to operate by themselves.

Development of DC Solenoid Operation Type 7.2kV 63kA Vacuum Circuit Breaker
FAPIG No. 171 pp.9`14 (2005)

Fuji Electric has maintained the facility of 6.9kV metal-clad switchgear at Tokai-2 Power Station, through periodic inspections since the first operation. Responding to the fact that the maintenance parts of the circuit breaker are becoming exhaustive, we developed two types of vacuum circuit breakers in order to promote the replace for minimal oil circuit breakers (TCB). This paper presents an overview of the development for DC solenoid operating type VCB, which is adopted for emergency circuit breaker.

Concept of the Zero-Emission Gas-Turbine Combined Power Plant System
Integrated with CO2 Sequestration • Enhanced Coal Bed Methane Recovery System
FAPIG No. 171 pp.15`19 (2005)

In response to Global warming due to the increasing of carbon dioxide gas in atmosphere, investigation of carbon dioxide separation and capture technologies from exhaust gas of a thermal power plant and solving/sequestration technologies have been performed all over the world.
In relation to geological sequestration technology, coal bed sequestration is regarded as an economical choice and it technology is an extension of EOR. Importantly it also utilizes an undeveloped energy source in addition to carbon dioxide gas storage.
The article present the principal of a Zero Emission Power Plant combined with the carbon dioxide gas coal bed sequestrationtechnology.

Introduction of FUJITSU RFID Products
FAPIG No. 171 pp.20`23 (2005)

Recently RFID tags have been attracted the attention of industries and people all over the world as a key technology in a society. As UHF band which could be read and used in a long distance has permitted by the Japanese government since this April, those of RFID products have been available in Japan, the expansion of various usages beyond our expectations. Fujitsu has firstly released UHF banded RFID products in Japan and has started providing customersΥ solutions as well.
This material is introducing FUJITSU RFID products.
